ERG represents Engineering in Pasiklaban
UP ERG together with UP KEM represented our beloved College of Engineering in the USC event’s College Pasiklaban last July 15 at the Economics Theater. Seven colleges namely the College of Science, College of Education, National College of Public Administration and Governance, College of Mass Communication, College of Arts and Letters, Asian Institute of Tourism and our very own College of Engineering participated in the event. Two members of UP Samaskom were the emcees who kept the audience alive. Channel V’s Marketing Manager judged the performances prepared by each college.
UP ERG and UP KEM were the top two organizations in the Engineering’s Got Talent contest. They collaborated to create and execute a relevant sabayang pagbigkas and dance number. The DanzERGs who participated were Jam, Becky, Vince, Thessa, Marvin, Molo and Darell. The performance was fluid and was well-applauded by the audience despite it being last. The College of Mass Communication who performed a rap and dance number was judged the best while the College of Science got the highest votes award. Each vote is worth P1.00 which will be for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Institute of Chemistry.
